Payment

(1) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date for payment is determined by the calendar, the customer is already in default by failing to meet the deadline.

(2) The customer can pay via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Shipping

(1) The corresponding shipping costs are indicated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises any right of withdrawal.

(2) Self-collection of goods is not possible due to logistical reasons.

(3) We deliver to Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France.

(4) For shipping within Luxembourg, we charge a flat shipping rate of €4.99 (incl. VAT). For shipping to Germany, Austria, and France, we charge a flat shipping rate of €9.99 (incl. VAT). Shipping is free for orders of at least 2 products.

Delivery Periods

(1) Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation (§ 3 (2) of these GTC), provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance. The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days.

(2) If the product specified by the customer in the order is only temporarily unavailable, the provider will also inform the customer of this immediately. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the provider is also entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded immediately.

(3) The following delivery restrictions apply: The provider only delivers to customers who have their habitual residence (billing address) in one of the following countries and can provide a delivery address in the same country: Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France.
